Booking Terms & Conditions

 

It’s very easy to book your treatment online using our Booking App.

Remember to provide your email address so you will get a confirmation email, and a link to cancel or change your appointment if you need to.

Please make sure to agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Making a Booking
  • We accept bookings by text, messaging platforms, email and online through our Setmore booking app.
  • We require your full name, contact number and email address to secure your booking.
  • You will be sent a booking confirmation by text and email.
  • Any relevant consultation forms will be sent via email.
  • Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.
  • We send complimentary appointment reminders by text and email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment.
  • If we are not able to honour a booking due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified at the earliest convenience on the contact information you have provided us with.
  • We’ll do our best to re-arrange your appointment, and you may be offered an alternative therapist, date or time.
Deposits
  • Anti-wrinkle treatments require a free 15-minute consultation prior to treatments.
  • Once you decide to go ahead and book in for your treatment there is a deposit of £35 to pay which is non-refundable.
Cancellations
  • We appreciate that things crop up. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as you can. We know it can be frustrating when you can’t get an appointment so cancelling helps us free up space for others and re-allocate your slot.
  • If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 100% booking deposit for any further treatments.
  • To reschedule any appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Each booking slot is secured for you.
  • If you are a no show or failed to be on time for your appointment (more than 15 mins late) the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be required to pay the full treatment price as a deposit for all future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy.
Children
  • For health & safety and insurance reasons persons under the age of 18 are not permitted within the reception area or treatment rooms unless they are receiving a treatment.
  • In this case the young person must be always accompanied by an adult, and we must be notified at the time of booking of the young person’s age. Minimum age 14 years old.
Complaints
  • Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us.
  • If we do not meet your expectations, please tell someone you’re not happy with the service you’ve received, either while you’re in the salon, or as soon as possible after leaving.
  • We take complaints seriously and have a complaints policy and process that we follow to make sure things are put right where needed.
